Episode 6: Bully Brain vs Bestie Brain ft. Leslie Randolph

Leslie Randolph is a Certified Life Coach and the host of Why Didn’t They Tell Us, a podcast where she shares lessons learned late in life that she wishes she had known sooner. She was 38 years old when she understood that nothing about her needed to change to be self-confident. Throughout her teen years and into her thirties, self-confidence was a holy grail emotion that always felt out of reach. She thought being confident required me to be skinnier, prettier, smarter, more successful and more well-liked. The list went on. She would chase the feeling of confidence, and numb the emotions that fueled her in its absence. She would compromise herself to achieve external validation. This cycle left her feeling even worse. With coaching and fierce commitment to this work, I changed her relationship with herself, her body, and the world around her. Today, she feels honored to share her tools with teens and the teen still in all of us who yearns to know, love, and believe in herself. We are all deserving of that. It starts within.
