Episode 6: "Denial - Anger - Bargaining - Depression - Acceptance" with Dr. Joel Llagas

from Huge Upside · host Huge Upside

To cap off the BETA season of our podcast, we feature Dr. Joel Llagas. He is a Mindanao based Doctor and an aspiring pediatrician who was just paying his wife a visit overseas in Newzealand, then things took a turn for the worst as he got stranded outside the country last March when Covid shut down all borders. He is basically thriving and surviving in Fiji right now. He also takes us through how it happened & his thought process through the adversity of being stranded. Some of the highlights of this episode is the Kübler-Ross model, commonly known as DABDA or the 5 stages of grief, and one genuine human being Mr. Frank Pido. Props to Mr. Frank for being a Soldier of God and a source of light & inspiration. Also discussed here are his knowledge about health, fitness, diet, nutrition, focus on goals & eating disorders (Anorexia). May this BETA season of Huge Upside bring value to your day. We all need that space where we could all be a source of inspiration & motivation, we hope we can provide that for you guys especially in these strange strange times. Enjoy the episode. Light & Love!
