Episode 6: How Credible Are You?

Hey, Friend! This week, episode 6 of my new podcast: Leadership Becomes Her Simple, Strategic Solutions for Christian Women Who Lead Is entitled: How Credible are You? Like confidence and courage that I talked about in earlier episodes, credibility is one of the pillars of leadership. Credibility is earned and in this week’s episode, I suggest some practices that build credibility, as well as some habits that are credibility killers. Your credibility is your working reputation; it is what others are saying about you. So it is important that your credibility is a reflection of your value system, what really matters to you. Consistency is the key. People need to know what to expect from you. They need to feel that your word is your bond. That does not leave any room for passive-aggressive communication, game-playing, or sarcasm with those under your leadership. Those are credibility killers. So, give it a listen. And as you do, consider the credibility of your leadership. I pray this blesses you!
