This special episode is dedicated to students as well as young budding lawyers who are seeking to apply for internships, pupillage as well as other employment positions in various firms and organizations. The episode discloses tips to assist upcoming lawyers to navigate the application process – from drafting CVs, to drafting cover letters, to preparing for interviews. Our guest for today is Mrs. Michelle Essuman. Michelle is a Senior Legal Associate here at B&P Associates. She is a homegrown talented lawyer with invaluable expertise in Corporate Restructuring, Equity Financing, Energy & Natural Resources, Taxation, Financial Technology, Aviation, Data Protection and Insolvency. Michelle heads the recruitment team here at B&P Associates. Her duties as the team lead include reviewing CVs and Cover Letters of applicants who wish to work here at the Firm and conducting interviews. Earlier this year, she represented the Firm as a guest speaker at the Maiden edition of the Law Students Internship Clinic organized by the GIMPA Law Students Union where she educated the students on the need for internships and how to take advantage of such opportunities.
