My back tire was flat! I thought, my goodness, I just got that fixed!! Setback. How did I deal with it? I decided not to be lazy, and not give up on training. I decided to take my beautiful dog for a walk in the forest. During the walk, I grounded myself, slowed down, connected with mother earth and her beauty. I realized that was what I needed. My body needed it. My mind needed it.  How do you deal with a training setback?
