All of this is such a crucial conversation to have. oftentimes we feel like we have to suffer in order to grow, that we have to be in a negative environment to 'push ourselves' to improve and grow. Nothing can be furthest from the truth. You CAN grow in a healthy working environment so much more. in fact, when you feel safe, your nervous system is much more available for learning. So don't accept negative working environments as an essential part of dancing.
