This is one of our more challenging episodes. There has been a lot of media attention given to suicide of late, especially with the sad loss of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. This episode provides general information about suicide and we discuss what can be done when you identify a person at risk. Once identified, we look at how you can keep that person safe in the short term before refering them to professional help.
