Episode 61 - Dropping Heavy Rocks

In this episode, I share how each time I am working on my recovery feels like I am unloading rocks that are heavy off of the side of my boat. Releasing these big rocks and repairing the holes in my boat is a process that might take a long time. This is the pathway to being happy joyous and free. I need to drop the rocks, reach out to my friends in the fellowship and have faith in my Higher Power.
