🎙️ Episode 61: Meeting Grandma Poppsie: Comedy, Confidence and Pom-Pom Power

In this episode I sat down with the one and only Grandma Poppsie 👵💕, and I'm not going to pretend I wasn't a little teary before we even began. I first got to know Claire back in episode 59, and watching her step into this bigger, bolder, pom-pom wearing version of herself has genuinely moved me 🎀. I laughed more than I have in ages, and somewhere in between the giggles and the silly rhymes, I found myself reflecting on what it really means to stop caring what everyone else thinks and just be seen 🌸. I talked about confidence, about growing older without losing my spark, and about how I sometimes borrow a little bit of someone else's courage to get through the rooms that scare me 🫖✨. I was reminded that laughter really can be medicine, and that I don't need permission to take up space, tell my story loudly, and wear the pom-pom I choose.
