Episode 617: Order Granting State's Motion to Seal Documents RE: Examination of Mr. Kohberger

In Episode 617, we address the April 29, 2025 Court Order sealing the State of Idaho's State's Motion for Examination of Defendant Pursuant to Idaho Code 18-207 and for an Extension of Time to Complete Rebuttal Penalty Phase Expert Disclosures and declaration and Exhibits in Support filed April 25, 2025. We also observe the fact that Judge Hippler stated here that the order granting the sealing of these documents are until such time that a hearing may be held on the matter.
