Episode 621: A Secret Hearing on a Secret Matter

In Episode 521, we note that a new document has dropped on the docket in Idaho v. Kohberger. It is a Hearing Notice advising of a secret, closed and sealed hearing on a "secret" matter. The motion or other matter that is being entertained by Judge Hippler is not disclosed. We provide pure opinions on two possibilities of what this hearing may be for.
