KTVL's Trish Glose talks to President of the Board of Directors of SoHumane, Dave Filomeo. Dave worked for the same company for 35 years in human resources. He goes into what he calls his "ideal childhood", how he's seen the workforce change in the last few decades and why he made his move to Medford. He also talks (a little bit) about working with rocket scientists.
