The first is a Motion to Redact or Seal the Jury Instruction submitted by the parties to the Court "Regarding the Tip Leading to Investigation of Mr. Kohberger," a public record which does not yet appear on the docket. The second item also filed on May 9, 2025 is the proposed jury instruction.
