Episode 64 - COVID - 19 : A Master Cyclist's First Hand Account from Contracting to Recovering

from The Process with CINCH Cycling

This week's episode is all about the Coronavirus from a cyclist's perspective when we interview Rob, a masters cyclist from Boulder, Colorado. On March 21st Rob received a phone call that he was in fact positive for Covid-19. We discuss how he contracted the virus—his initial and current symptoms. Along with how he had to self-advocate to get tested, the medical care he received, and how he is recovering 3 weeks after contracting the virus. Our goal was to share his story to encourage athletes to use caution during these times.
