The same concerned the tip that led law enforcement to investigate Mr. Kohberger. Said proposed jury instruction was filed under seal on May 9, 2025 according to the Case Summary Page.The first item is a motion dated May 9, 2025 submitted by the State seeking a court order sealing said proposed jury instruction. The second item is the court order of May 12, 2025 granting this relief and thereby sealing this joint proposed jury instruction from the public domain.
