In Episode 642, we note that on May 14, 2025 the Clerk of Court has updated the Case Summary Page in Idaho v. Kohberger with three new documents. Two are state filings concerning their exhibits, both of which were filed May 13, 2025. One of these items dated May 14, 2025 is entitled "Notice of Compliance" which may be the Defense's Offers of Proof as to Alternate Perpetrators. Unfortunately, it does not state which party filed the document or what the Notice of Compliance is for, such as if the Defense has not complied with the Court's April 18, 2024 Court Order directing Mr. Kohberger to file his Offers of Proof by May 14, 2025. This is also a public record. It however does not appear on the public docket as of yet.
