Success is currently defined in today's paradigm as an outcome of achievement, status and recognition, which of course, we all deserve. Still, without purpose, we are left with a constant chase for happiness. Courtney believes that if we know what our purpose is, or at least what gives us meaning and what we stand for, then we shift the paradigm to be in a self-induced state of happiness that drives decisions to make achievement, status and recognition flow more freely and with greater joy.
