Episode 66 : "Kitchen pirates, reckless abandonment caviar, and Gerard's Relais de Lyon"

from Hungry for More : an Epicurean's Dilemma · host trish glose

Trish Glose gets to know Eric Eisenberg, the Director of Dining Services at the Rogue Valley Manor. Eric is fairly new to Southern Oregon, but not a kitchen, and certainly not his current role. He's a kid from Brooklyn who wanted to go into theater, but found the kitchen was calling his name. He shares the adventures of his life, which include working in restaurants in New York City, a five year venture in France, and then to Seattle where he opened a very famous restaurant that he made his own. His stories almost seem fake and out of a storybook as he talks about his life and his love of food with gusto.
