For the first time, Trish Glose takes Off Script on the road to Irvine & Roberts Vineyards in Ashland to talk to wine maker Vince Vidrine. Sitting outside by the tasting room, the two talk about how Vince actually started making beer while in college, but quickly moved to wine. He traveled all over the world, working in different wineries, including some in the Willamette Valley. He says he found his unicorn job at Irvine & Roberts.
