In Episode 673, we note that on May 23, 2025 the Defense filed a Motion to Seal its Evidence and Exhibits in support of its Offer of Proof of Alternate Perpetrators (to Mr. Kohberger). This filing was in compliance with Judge Hippler's directive at the May 15, 2025 Final PreTrial Conference that the Defense was to submit evidence in support of Mr. Kohberger's May 14, 2025 (under seal) submission of Offer of Proof of Alternate Perpetrators.
