Mark Cascio is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Catholic High school in Baton Rouge, LA. He has 13 years of head coaching experience at the high school level. During this time, his teams have won 6 District titles, appeared in four final fours and a 2012 State Championship in Louisiana. Coach Cascio was a head coach at the age of 21 and the youngest coach to capture a state title in louisiana at 26. Mark's tireless work ethic and quest to be a lifelong learner has provided him with resources he is eager to share. Coach Cascio started a Consulting business in 2019 to continue to foster his love of the game by sharing with colleagues in the coaching profession. The goal of Courtside Consulting is to partner with coaches is to improve, refine and apply new concepts in any phase of the game by providing guidance, resources and solutions to problems and to help stimulate thinking. Coach Cascio can share his uptempo style of offense that blends concepts of space, pace shooting and attacking.
