In Episode 699, we address the fact that according to the Case Summary Page the State of Idaho has filed a Response in Opposition to the Defense's May 20, 2025 Motion to Continue the Trial date - currently set to commence on August 11, 2025. This Objection, along with an accompanying document seeking to file an overly-long motion (Defense's Motion was 40 pages long) are both public documents and should appear on the docket in the near future. A hearing is scheduled to occur on Defense's Motion on June 18, 2025.
