Leadership - Every organization wants the best leaders doesn’t it? But how do most go about ensuring this is the case? I know, after 15 years in the CF as a SNR NCO and junior officer, that leaders need to to be trained and mentored continuously. I would argue that the CF produces Canada’s best leaders just based on the sheer volume of training and practice each one of us gets.
