EPISODE 7: Heart-Full Relationships with Srimati - Our Sacred Moments

Oh I cannot tell you how much I have waited to share this conversation with you all! My heart is bursting with delight! A few weeks ago I reached out to @Srimati to ask her if she’d like to talk to me on my podcast. I reached out to her because she has been and continues to be a significant person in my own spiritual journey and I was so happy when she agreed. We recorded this podcast a few weeks ago. But it’s taken me this long to allow what we talked about to move within me. I found it alchemical and I wanted to honour this conversation and what it meant to me before sharing it with you. This conversation moved me and as you’ll see there’s a lot of reasons why this meant so much. There are people along our journey who give us permission to be totally and utterly ourselves. They say the things we dare not say and pave the way for us to follow. This is a sacred journey that is as old as time. Srimati is a mystic mother, musician, artist, chef, author + healer. She is a powerful living example of how to love ourselves more so that we can live our unique design in full and expansive self expression.
