There’s no doubt about it, Bloc Party are one of the best bands of their generation and I felt incredibly lucky to get to spend an hour talking to their iconic guitarist Russell about one of his favourite albums, Weezer. Russell was incredibly honest during our chat and we discuss the loneliness he felt as a teenager. We also discuss the accidentally genius marketing from Weezer and we celebrate 20 years of Bloc Party’s debut album, Silent Alarm.
