Episode 70: Entering this Year Slowly

This year, I chose to begin differently, not with pressure, noise, or intense expectations, but slowly… gently… and intentionally.In this episode, I share why I decided not to rush into 2026, and why I’m allowing myself to enter the year softly, honoring the parts of me that are still growing, still healing, and still becoming. Last year was my year of hope, and this year, I’m embracing it as a year of opportunities, not chased, but welcomed in their own time.I talk about moving at my own pace, nurturing my wellness journey, returning to movement and mindfulness, deepening my faith, practicing gratitude, and working toward financial peace, slowly and kindly.
