Episode 70 - Solar Micro-Inverter Failure, Labor Debate

In this episode, I share about a recent email from an old client telling me that three of his 40 micro-inverters have gone out. The issue is that the installation company is ignoring his emails and texts. They say the manufacturer has sent him the new ones but they have never paid him for labor to replace the bad inverters. So, the installers and the manufacturer are just pointing fingers at each other. Further more, the array is not matching the app on his phone. So, there is not way of knowing which panels to lift up and swap inverters. Major deal and huge lesson learned.
