Tracy Quisenberry is the founder and executive director of Icing Smiles. Icing Smiles is “a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child.” They have cake artists across the country so they can serve children and families no matter where they are. Outside of Icing Smiles, Tracy is the mother of two and works as a Senior International Tax Manager. In this episode, Tracy talks about how she started Icing Smiles, her own experience with her son having health issues in his early childhood, balance a full-time career with being the founder and executive director of a nonprofit, the incredible support that she has from volunteers and corporate sponsors, and so much more!
