Episode 70: Your Call to Action to Developing Adaptability

Hey, friend! I think this is a great way to end this three part series on adaptability - with a CTA for you to start flexing that muscle. The only way to become more adaptable is by practicing. And as you commit to practicing adaptability in one area, if you want to take your commitment to the next level, engage a trusted friend or mentor to hold you accountable. Ask this trusted person to share with you times when they have seen you struggle to adapt. Let them know that you are ready to become more adaptable. And remember the motto: Make a plan. Work the plan. Don’t fall in love with the plan. Coming up with a Plan A, a Plan B, and a Plan C gives you a greater chance for success because you have come up with three options that are acceptable to you. And if all else fails, pivot. Adapt.
