When grief feels overwhelming, we feel like we just can't go on doing the things that still need done. The reality is that we need to go on. Ideally, someone will come alongside you and say, "You don't need to do this right now because I've got your back." However, many of us don't have a prince charming to come into our lives and do our laundry, cook our meals, and do homework with our kids or grandkids.
