Welcome to the first day of doctrine where we offer perspective on how change takes time and is an iterative process. Today, Brigadier General Babich, Director of the Mission Command Center of Excellence, provides opening remarks to the Doctrine Developers Forum (DDF) on how history can provide insight on today’s changing Army and complex battlefield.
