Episode #72 Intermittent fasting and its benefits for overall health with Fred Rutman
from The Fresh Hope For A Better You · host Oliver & Brisban Goulet
In this episode I am joined by Fred Rutman. Fred has an Incredible story to share about him dying 20 times in one summer. 450,000 Americans and Canadians die from medical errors yearly. This is my story about how I managed to avoid being one of the 450,000. It wasn’t easy. I’ve had 11 heart procedures in 11 years. I’ve also been clinically dead dozens of times, along with dozens of concussions, PTSD, Post concussion syndrome, brain trauma. defective pacemakers, and botched surgeries. To put the icing on the cake, you can throw in multiple incidences of cognitive medical bias and misdiagnoses. They did their best to get me on the permanently dead list. Many attempts were too damn close. Thankfully, I’ve beaten them every time. I know more surgeries are in my future. The question is, will I beat them the next time?
