Episode 72 | The hardest part of grief

from Silent Grief Podcast · host Jimmy and Clara Hinton

The hardest part about grief is reaching the moment of KNOWING that it is real. For some of us, getting to the point where we know that our child is no longer coming home can take a long time. There is a very clear connection that has to happen between what our heart knows and what our brain denies. But once we walk through the hardes part of grief, something begins to slowly change. The days begin to get a little bit brighter, color starts to come back into our grey lives, and we begin to live again. Grief is hard. There is no way around that. But we can walk this journey together. Join us as we walk through this journey with you. If you want to learn more about walking through the hardest part, see my book, Child Loss: The Heartbreak and the Hope: https://amzn.to/49E3tP6Find us on Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/SilentGriefSupportAnd Twitter:https://twitter.com/clarahinton
