Episode 736: State Files a (Second) Amended Witness List

In Episode 736, we note that per a notation on the Case Summary Page that on June 25, 2025 the State of Idaho filed a Notice of Compliance and Amended Witness List (under seal). This is now the second time since June 17, 2025 that the state has amended their trial witness list. We also provide other updates as to the status of the trial date and rulings on the Defense's Motion to Continue and Offers of Proof of Alternate Perpetrators.
