Episode 737: Defense Witness Court-Ordered to Appear at Trial

In Episode 737, we note that a court order was rendered in Monroe County, PA on June 25, 2025 ordering her to appear in Judge Hippler's courtroom for trial on a date to be communicated to her by either Judge Hippler or defense counsel between August 11, 2025 through November 7, 2025. According to the order, the witness agreed to appear for trial in lieu of having to appear at hearing on June 30, 2025 and give cause why she should not be compelled to appear.
