Episode 74 - Explant Therapy

In this episode we bring on an an amazing woman that is helping women “Bust the quest for better Breasts” Dr. Amanda Savage Brown!! Not only is this woman a BII survivor, she is also a therapist so she sees both sides of this situation. Like most women we have talked too, Amanda was also told nothing was wrong with her, she was told her implants would last a lifetime and was even apart of a study on her implants. On brand, the study never actually happened. No follow up. No actual data being taken. Which leads us to ask, why? Why aren’t women told of the risks of these implants? Why do we keep hearing of women being asked to be in studies, to find they never follow through? Why aren’t women being heard when they are nearly dying from them? Why are you shamed, slammed and called jealous if you even question them? Why don’t doctors believe this? Because there are no “studies” 😏 Welllll duh… they keep dropping them 🙃 BUT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT IN THIS COMMUNITY! We are all about informed consent and once that is achieved YOU DO YOU BABE! We aren’t here to tell you what to do, how to be and how to treat/trash your body. IT IS YOURS. But we’ll be damned if we will sit back and watch another attack on women and their worth. You are more than your breasts. You are more than your booty. You are more than your body. You are more than anything physical on you. You are your soul. You are your light. You are magic.
