In Episode 740, we review the Court's 20 page memorandum and order denying the Defense's May 20, 2025 motion to continue (the trial) which is dated and was released to the public on June 26, 2025.Here we discuss and provide opinions on two of the three grounds raised by the Defense for a continuance. We will address the third in the next episode of this continuing podcast series on the Idaho v. Kohberger case.
