In Episode 756, we review the elements set forth in the May 16, 2023 indictment as to Counts II-V and statements by the prosecutor at the July 2, 2025 Change of Plea Hearing concerning what was necessary for the State to prove these counts to which the DP was a possible sentence. We proffer pure opinions and ask the rhetorical question for educational and discussion purposes only of whether Mr. Kohberger was "Over-Charged" with respect to some of Counts II-V and if so - with sentencing scheduled to occur on July 23, 2025 --now what?
