One thing a lot of doctors are struggling with right now is team alignment. In fact, I know of several docs who are down 50-90% of their pre-COVID team. Many associates are also finding themselves without positions. As productive dentists, we look for the opportunities within those challenges. Today, I'll talk about several options and scenarios to come out better on the other side of all this.
