Trish Glose talks to winemaker JP Valot from Silvan Ridge Winery about growing up in Mendoza, Argentina. He talks about growing up in a large family, growing up with wine and meeting his wife in Miami. JP started working at wineries in Oregon and talks about the frustration of being in the states and not speaking any English. He won Best in Show at the Oregon Wine Experience competition and recalls that night when he heard his name being called for the ultimate prize.
