In Episode 776, we note that according to the Case Summary Page the State of Idaho has filed a Response in Opposition to the Media's Motion to Vacate the Non-Dissemination (Gag) Order. We also learn that the Media has filed three documents (Motion, Memorandum of Law, Declaration) to unseal the many documents that have been sealed from public disclosure in the case.None of these documents have yet been released on the public docket.
