Episode 778: State of Idaho Withdraws Its Objection to Maintaining Gag Order
from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
In Episode 778, we note that the State of Idaho has filed a Response to the Media's four (4) filings of July 3, 2025 seeking to vacate the gag order. In an "about face" to their position at the Change of Plea Hearing of July 2, 2025 when the State advised Judge Hippler they opposed the vacating of the non-dissemination order, the State now says it no longer opposes the lifting of the same. However, at this time, the gag order remains in full force and effect.
