I am sure we all have our favorite customers who make our days.  My favorite ones are those who always listen to us while we are getting backlash from our not so great customers and tell us that we handled that with patience. In reality holding in our anger to make sure that the customer is satisfied is not always a good feeling. Join me and my 2 previous managers and my 2 best friends to talk about our 2 favorite customers and mostly random cat conversations.
