Episode 8: I Talk In Circles

In this episode, I thank my partner for taking my call and thank them for agreeing to my plan, even if it's challenging for us to go without contact for a year. They decided to let me go so I could go on my path and I would always have them to come back to. I tell them about my day including the food I ate and go into great detail about one of my favorite vegetables. As I talk out loud, I realize distracting myself is one of my coping mechanisms.
