Dads Leading Homeschooling & His Family Jim Bob Howard is a homeschool dad of 11 years. He and his bride, Amy, have four children all of whom they homeschool for God's glory, in Northern Virginia. Natives of Texas, the Howards are TDY in Virginia for the time-being, where Jim Bob does IT consulting in the DC area. He's been a homeschool advocate since he brought his oldest son home from preschool just before Kindergarten.
