Sexual brokenness plays a big role in how we view and perceive the world around us. Whether it is the result of being exposed to images in mass media or in our personal environment, or being wrongfully exposed to sex in and of itself, it tends to influence our picture of what the world is, and even worse, the kinds of people we ourselves ought to be. In this episode, join me as a have a conversation with Lein Manqoba Nkosi about his journey through lust and his journey towards healing in God. When we are wrongfully exposed to sex and explicit content in a forceful manner, it is important to note that it is not our fault. That there is healing that God makes available to us to overcome the pain and the trauma we have to deal with. And even when we willingly and naively offer ourselves to it outside of marriage, God is still merciful to help us through the damage that we brought upon ourselves. God is there for us throughout this journey of sexual brokenness, and He is patient and merciful to help us out of it so that we can experience the joy and peace in Him that He has made available to us.
