Episode 80: Coach Darren Douglas (Head Boy's Basketball Coach Grovetown High School, Augusta, GA)

Coach Darren Douglas comes was hired this spring as the new Head Boys Basketball coach at Grovetown High school in Augusta, Georgia.  He has led Aquinas (Augusta) for the last three seasons. The Irish were very young this season and finished 10-16. However, in the two previous years, Douglas’s squads were among the best in the state. In 2016-17, the Irish finished 26-2 and won a region championship. They followed that up in 2017-18 with a magical season that saw them capture the Class A Private State Championship, finishing with a 27-5 mark.
