Episode 80: GameBoy Advance

from Legion Gaming Podcast · host Donny

The GameBoy Advance is turning 25 later this year and we wanted to revisit Nintendo's iconic portable gaming successor to talk about its biggest games and hidden gems. The original GameBoy had one of the longest lifespans of any console and helped Nintendo dominate portable gaming for multiple generations. The GBA finally released 12 years after its predecessor and was an instant hit thanks to its strong game library and because it was essentially a portable SNES with even more 3D capabilities. I take you through its inception in the mid-90s as "Project Atlantis" and it's much-anticipated launch before Deucy and I revisit the GBA's most significant games and some of our favorite hidden gems.    Join us in two weeks with our new episode covering Resident Evil 4!   Want to suggest an episode or send us mail?  Email: [email protected] Instagram: @LegionGamingPod
