Kohberger where many documents including key evidence was sealed from the public during the 2.5 years the case was active. Judge Steven J. Hippler ordered multiple documents including those regarding evidence to be unsealed back on December 18, 2025. On this date, December 30, 2025, several items from March 2025 previously sealed have been unsealed to the public and are now available for review.
