Trish Glose talks to Pamela Shipley, who is the current Operating Room Manager at the Surgery Center of Southern Oregon. Many people may remember Shipley as the owner of Red Rock Italian Eatery in downtown Medford many years ago. Shipley talks about opening the popular restaurant and what made her finally close down. She talks about the shift in careers, the struggle and competition getting into nursing school, and the job she's doing now, including some tough cases she's seen on the operating room table.
